## The engagement

Eleni & Chris is a Norwegian haircare brand that was in a growth phase. I handled the performance marketing and the technical side of the store, so I worked on both ends of the funnel: ad creative and campaign structure on one side, checkout and conversion on the other.

## What I did

On media buying I ran Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns and scaled budgets from roughly NOK 5,000 to 200,000 per month, with ROAS tracked and documented the whole way. I rebuilt attribution with a GTM and server-side setup so purchase data survived the iOS privacy changes. And on Shopify Plus I took care of theme maintenance, the app stack, checkout tweaks and ongoing conversion rate work.

## Outcome

A repeatable way to acquire customers: paid growth you can predict, backed by data you can trust, on a store built to convert what the ads bring in.
