Hi, I'm Jørn
This site is my lab, my archive and my notebook. I design things, build them, ship them, and then write about what I got wrong along the way.

Background
I'm Jørn Otto Hansen, founder and only consultant at Nordic Productions. I started the company in 2018, right after I turned 18, as a sole proprietorship. Since then I've worked as a developer and started several projects of my own, and a few of them grew into companies. Some failed. Others didn't.
Focus areas
Software architecture and automated pipelines. Full-stack platforms, data ingestion, and infrastructure that keeps running when nobody is watching.
Machine learning and data modeling. Statistical models, forecasting, and market-data signals that feed into real decisions.
Digital media and systems design. Interfaces, funnels and campaigns, built to work together as one system.
Track record
I've done more than 60 projects for over 28 clients, from small local businesses in Bodø to fast-growing e-commerce brands. Bodø kommune, IC Scandinavia AS and Vestvatn AS are some of them.

How I work
I keep the scope clear and skip the overhead. You talk to one person, and that person owns the result. If something needs to change halfway through, we just talk about it. And I answer fast, usually the same day.

Tableau Stuck on a hard technical problem? Maybe I can help.
I take on the occasional advisory job, custom software architecture and research collaboration. There's no sales funnel. You write to me and I answer.
