The engagement

Performance marketing and technical store management for a Norwegian haircare brand in growth phase. The work spanned the full funnel — from ad creative and campaign structure on the buy side, to checkout and conversion work on the sell side.

What I did

  • Media buying: Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns; budgets scaled from roughly NOK 5,000 to 200,000 per month with documented ROAS tracking.
  • Server-side tracking: rebuilt attribution with a GTM/server-side setup so purchase data survived iOS privacy changes.
  • Shopify Plus: theme maintenance, app stack, checkout tweaks, and continuous conversion-rate optimization.

Outcome

A repeatable acquisition system: predictable paid growth backed by trustworthy data, with the store itself engineered to convert what the ads delivered.
